As a general rule, orders may require one (1) to three (3) business days for processing and three (3) to five (5) business days for shipping, therefore, If shipped via FedEx Ground/Home or United States Postal Service (USPS) it can take approximately 4-8 business days from the date your order is shipped to delivery of your merchandise, absent extenuating circumstances.

Below you will find frequently asked questions that we compiled together for you to provide optimal customer service.

When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed.

How soon can I expect my order?
Transit time depends on the carrier selected. USPS and FedEx Ground/Home takes approximately 4-8 business days (depending on location). FedEx Smartpost is generally the slower method as FedEx transports to your local Post Office and the Post Office makes the final delivery.

Are Express Orders shipped the day order is placed?
Express orders may not be shipped after 11 AM (ET). Please check with customer service if order is placed after 11 AM (ET) for shipping details.

How do I know what closure fits what bottle?
The number in the parenthesis provide the neck and thread count. You want to make sure the neck size (first number) matches. Some threads are interchangeable like 400 and 410 so a 20/400 bottle would fit a 20/400 and 20/410 closure.

I placed an order and paid for USPS Express, will it ship same day?
No. The only orders that ship same day are FedEx Second Day placed before 11 am and FedEx Freight placed before 2 pm EST.

Are we able to pre-order Out Of Stock items?
No. Items are only available for purchase when they are in stock.

How do I know how much shipping will be?
Shipping options are provided once your items are in your shopping cart followed by shipping location and billing. You have the option to accept or decline. You are NOT charged once billing is input.

How will we know when out of stock products are available?
If you view the product on site, select the RED banner that reads "Item is Out Of Stock- Notify When Back In Stock"

Are the swirl roll on bottles swirl on the outside?
Yes. The swirl design is on the exterior of the bottle. This may make it difficult if you plan on applying labels.

Why isn't my sprayer tube long enough?
If your sprayer tube is not reaching the bottom of your bottle it's because your closure hasn't been tightened properly. Also, improper tightening will result in leakage around sprayer and collar.

Are the 1/3 oz Roll-On bottles BPA free?
Yes the Roll-On applicators and cap are polypropolene which contains no BPA, also all of our colored bottles also contain no BPA.

Are the Colored Bottles frosted?
No they are not frosted.

What bottles are best for keeping light out? (UV Protected)
Amber, Green and Cobalt Blue bottles are designed with UV protection in mind so those are likely the best bet. However our Custom Colored Bottles are also UV protected to varying degrees, ideal for any essential oils. Any opaque (Titanium and Volcanic Black) bottles would be great at keeping out light as well.

Are my polycone caps BPA free?
Yes polycone caps just like our Roll-Ons are all polypropylene and contain no BPA.

What material is your colored bottles?
Glass not plastic.

Are the bottles I receive sterilized upon receipt?
No we do not sterilize in a clean room, we suggest sterilization of products before use.

How large is a Carboy (what are the Carboy's dimensions)?
13 x 13 x 20

Why is my SmartPost order taking so long to be delivered?
In order to keep shipping costs low, SmartPost deliveries are often delayed. We recommend other FedEx shipping methods for a more timely delivery.
